Roller Compactor is also called Dry Granulator.
The dry granulation machine directly converts powder materials into particles through physical extrusion, crushing, and granulation processes. During the granulation process, no liquid adhesive is added, and the output particles do not need to be dried. They can be directly used for the next step of packaging, tablet pressing, or capsule filling.
The dry granulator also can work together with pharma bin, Pneumatic Conveyor and Vibrating Sieve, and forms a sealed automatic dry granulation process line as the following flow chart:
